Terms & Conditions
1. Orders and Quotations
All quotations are prepared based on the customer’s product details, design, material, quantity, customization method, packaging, and delivery requirements. Prices may vary if the final requirements change.
2. Currency
Unless otherwise agreed, quotations are provided in USD or the currency mentioned in the quotation.
3. Minimum Order Quantity
Our MOQ starts from 10 pieces for selected products. MOQ may change depending on product type, fabric, design complexity, and customization method.
4. Samples
Samples can be produced before bulk production. Sample charges, courier charges, and sample timeline will be confirmed before starting sample work.
5. Design Approval
Bulk production starts only after the customer confirms the design, size details, material, logos, colors, and sample approval where applicable.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are confirmed before order processing. In most cases, an advance payment is required before production, and the remaining balance is paid before shipment.
7. Production Timeline
Production time depends on product type, quantity, material availability, customization method, and order complexity. The timeline is confirmed after final approval of order details.
8. Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated separately unless included in the quotation. Delivery time depends on courier, cargo service, destination country, customs clearance, and other logistics conditions.
9. Duties and Taxes
Import duties, customs charges, taxes, or destination-country fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before production starts. Once fabric sourcing, printing, embroidery, cutting, or stitching has started, cancellation may not be possible or may involve additional charges.
11. Returns and Claims
Because custom products are made according to customer requirements, returns are accepted only for confirmed manufacturing defects or incorrect production against approved order details. Claims must be reported within a reasonable time after receiving the goods.
12. Color and Size Variation
Minor variation in color, fabric shade, size tolerance, or finishing may occur due to production methods, fabric behavior, screen display differences, or printing processes.
13. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing correct logos, design files, spelling, player names, numbers, size breakdowns, shipping details, and approval confirmations.
