Can I order a sample before bulk production?
Yes. You can request a sample to check fabric, stitching, size, printing, embroidery, and overall finishing before confirming a bulk order.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ starts from 10 pieces, depending on product type, design, fabric, and customization method.
How long does production take?
Sample development usually takes around 7–10 days after design confirmation. Bulk production time depends on order quantity and product complexity. We confirm the timeline before starting production.
Can you make products with my brand name?
Yes. We offer private-label manufacturing. We can add your brand logo, neck labels, size labels, hang tags, packaging, and other branding details.
What customization options do you offer?
We offer sublimation printing, screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery, patches, woven labels, printed labels, hang tags, and custom packaging.
Do I need a final design before contacting you?
No. You can send a final design, mockup, reference image, logo, tech pack, or even a basic idea. Our team will guide you on the next step.
What file formats are best for logos and designs?
Vector files are preferred for best quality. You can send AI, PDF, EPS, CDR, SVG, or high-resolution PNG files.
Can you match our team or brand colors?
Yes. We try to match colors as closely as possible. Slight variation may occur due to fabric type, printing method, screen settings, or production process.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship orders worldwide through courier or cargo services depending on order size, destination, and customer preference.
How do I request a quotation?
Send us the product type, design or reference image, quantity, size details, fabric preference, branding requirements, and delivery country. Our team will review the details and share a quotation.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment options can be discussed during order confirmation. Common options include bank transfer and other suitable international payment methods.
